Here are the dinners I am planning for this week:

Dinner #1 - Spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce with salad

Dinner #2 - Chicken Quesadillas (made with leftover chicken) and salad

Dinner #3 - Homemade Pizzas

Dinner #4 - Leftovers

Dinner #5 - Chicken Posole (trying a new recipe!) with tortillas (I still need to buy hominy and green chilies from a different grocery store)

Dinner #6 - Homemade Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese

Dinner #7 - Sausages (from the freezer) and salad

Unfortunately, the Navajo Stew I tried last week left something to be desired (I think it could have used a can or two of tomatoes with green chilies), but the Lemon Chicken recipe was great!  I will post the chicken recipe soon, and I'll give the Navajo Stew another try in a few weeks.  If I can perfect the recipe, I'll post that one too!
