Grocery Grab Wednesday - Thursday Edition

I'm running late again this week too!  I was feeling a little sick and exhausted last night, so I decided to postpone my blogging until today.  But I did make it to the grocery store yesterday, so here's the Grocery Grab Wednesday post.  We kind of have a crazy week, so I'm not planning on cooking a lot...but we did need to stock up on some essentials.

I also went to King Soopers this week, in addition to my regular trip to Sprouts, to get canned hominy (Sprouts didn't have it) and canned green chilies (King Soopers has a better price).  While I was there, I picked up a few other things at good prices too!

Dinner #4 - Sausage Alfredo (new recipe!)

Dinner #5 - Breakfast for Dinner.  Eggs, pancakes, breakfast sausage (from the freezer), and breakfast potatoes with onions and peppers

Dinners #6 & #7 - Leftovers (mixed in throughout the week)

The new posole recipe I tried over the weekend was pretty good, so I'll plan to share that soon!  I prepped it the night before and cooked it in the slow cooker, so it was very easy...and it smelled so good while it was cooking!
